Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Money Trap Academy handles information provided through its owned website and direct communications.
Information we receive
When you contact us, we may receive your name, email address, the contents of your message, campaign attribution supplied by the page, and basic technical information generated when you visit the site.
How information is used
We use information to respond to inquiries, administer a controlled pilot, improve educational material, maintain security, and comply with applicable obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Class registration and lesson feedback
Class registration collects your name, phone number, email address, communication choices, and submission date. You may mark a contact method unavailable. These records are stored privately for authorized Money Trap Academy class leaders; they are not a public directory. Contact information is self-reported and is not verified by this form.
Lesson feedback is stored separately without a name, phone number, or email attached. Please leave names and sensitive financial details out of comments. Participation is voluntary and does not affect attendance or support. Leaders use the responses to review clarity, usefulness, emotional impact, practical exercises, and teaching support. Any question may be skipped. Feedback does not automatically change approved lessons. These forms do not send email or text messages.
A temporary form cookie helps save your submission safely and avoid duplicates. A daily hash of the network address may be retained with temporary form sessions to limit abuse; raw network addresses are not stored in the class database. Hosting providers may maintain their own technical logs. Keep your submission reference if you want a leader to locate, correct, or delete your record. Communication choices are optional and may be changed through the class leaders.
Class-form information updated October 23, 2026.
Sensitive information
Do not send account numbers, Social Security numbers, tax records, passwords, or detailed private financial records by ordinary email. Pilot participation does not require this information.
Email and text messages
We may reply to a message you send or communicate about a pilot you request. Marketing email should include a clear way to stop future messages. We will not treat an email inquiry as consent to recurring SMS messages. Any future SMS program will require a separate, optional consent process.
Service providers and disclosure
The pilot inquiry form sends the information you enter through our transactional email provider to Money Trap Academy. Limited information may also be processed by providers that support hosting, security, or program administration. Information may be disclosed when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or comply with law.
Retention and choices
We retain information only as reasonably needed for the purposes described above. You may ask to correct or delete information, or stop marketing communications, through our inquiry form. The correct request type will be selected automatically; do not include sensitive financial information.
Children
The pilot is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes
We may update this policy as the program develops. The effective date above will identify the current version.
